Claroty xDome is a comprehensive platform for securing operational technology (OT) and industrial control systems (ICS). This guide walks you through the steps to gather the necessary information and configure your Claroty xDome organization for the purpose of creating an integration with Synqly's Asset connector.
Before you begin, ensure that you have:
- Access to the Claroty xDome Console
- Administrator privileges to create API users and tokens

Log in to your Claroty xDome Console using your administrator credentials.
Click the Settings tab in the navigation bar and select Admin Settings from the drop-down menu. The sidebar menu will appear along the left side of the dashboard. Click User Management in the Admin Panel section.
Click the Add User button. In the Create User dialog that opens, click to select API User. Fill in and select the required fields, then click Create User.
Before you begin, ensure that you have access to the API user created in the previous steps.
Find the user you created in the table listed on the User Management page.
Hover over the Status column and click the Generate Token link.
Copy and save the API token securely. You will not be able to retrieve it after closing the dialog.
To configure a new Claroty xDome integration in the Synqly system, provide each of the values as defined below:
