ESET EDR Provider Configuration Guide

1. Introduction

This guide walks you through creating an ESET Connect integration for use with Synqly's EDR Connector.

2. Prerequisites

  • Access to ESET Platform.
  • Superuser or Root privileges to create a new user.

3. Create API credentials

Step 1: Access ESET Hub Console

Log in to your ESET Hub console using your Superuser credentials.

Step 2. Create a new user

  • Navigate to Users in the ESET Hub Console and click Add User.
  • Provide a valid email address for the new user and click Next.
  • Under Permissions select Read for Company and Access for ESET PROTECT.
  • Enable the toggle next to Integrations.
  • Click Next and then click Create.

Step 3. Activate the account

The new user receives an invitation email to continue with the creation process. The new user must log in to ESET PROTECT Hub at least once before using the API.

4. Identify the region

Open the Protect module in your ESET PROTECT Platform. Once the module is open, check the address in your browser. It should look something like: https://eu02.protect.eset.com/. The first two letters indicate the region where your account is located.

5. Configure the integration

To configure a new ESET Connect integration in the Synqly system, provide each of the values as defined below:
